Scott Bailey

With a career spanning two decades in corporate real estate at Knight Frank in Sydney and Perth, Scott has exclusively focused on commercial and industrial property sales and leasing. Scott's clientele includes institutional property owners, large-scale private developers and national tenants, particularly those in the process of relocation.

Scott is known for his solid reputation, proactive attitude and ability to provide solutions rather than problems, all of which have been instrumental to his success. Among Scott's notable achievements are being the highest fee earner in industrial property, closing the most number of deals in a single year, and winning the Platinum Gavel award for the highest sales fee earner in the Perth office of Knight Frank in 2022.

In 2024, Scott formed SCOOP Commercial in Fremantle, working alongside John Da Luz and the existing SCOOP team. Scott's goal is to provide both existing and new clients with superior service and advice in connection with all on matters concerning commercial and industrial property.
