Scott has 20 years experience in manufacturing, warehousing and transport of FMCG goods prior to working in commercial realestate, coming from a successful food processing business family.

He has experience with and very strong knowledge of national players in the market place. Particularly, with tenants and owner occupiers who are on the move.

Scott is very active throughout Perth’s industrial sales and leasing market with a particular focus on Bibra Lake, Jandakot, Henderson, O’Connor and the Canning Vale Industrial areas.

Scott has a strong repeat client base of clients with a large portion of Perth’s larger private industrial families in which he has built up strong relationships and a reliable reputation within the industry.

Scott’s industrial background, large national network of contacts, can do attitude and ability to provide solutions rather than problems is a key to his success.
