In his first full year of residential sales, Lachlan achieved 92 transactions across residential homes, land developments, and commercial property — totalling more than $26.75 million in settled sales. These results reflect not only his strong work ethic, but also his ability to earn trust, execute well-structured campaigns, and deliver meaningful outcomes for both sellers and buyers.
Lachlan’s background spans more than a decade in property, having entered the industry at 18 in the greenfield home and land space. From first home buyers to custom homes with premium builders, he quickly progressed to managing more complex builds and eventually co-founding a successful building brokerage —representing boutique builders at the height of WA’s COVID journey.
After stepping back during a turbulent period for the industry, he returned to real estate with a renewed focus on high standards, strategic selling, and personal accountability.
Since joining SCOOP Property, Lachlan has embraced a diverse client base and portfolio, from boutique homes to broadacre land and investment sites. He is known for his calm, direct, and strategic approach, and brings measured confidence, clear communication, and a deep respect for client trust to every transaction.
